Good product for diabetic patient, my father is taking this daily after lunch. Before he was taking more insulin, now little bit less. It is not cure but it helps. Just boil and drink, no sugar of course.

i think its working but slowly slowly don’t expect magic nut I feel lighter and don’t get that sugar rush anymore after meals. I drink once in morning once at night , smells like neem tho 😅
