What personal data do we collect, and what is our privacy policy?
We collect your personal data by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how the company will use it.

Payments
We accept payments through Bykea. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Bykea, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Update: At the moment we only accept IBFT/Direct Bank Transfers and cash on delivery. Check all available payment methods.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who do we share your data with
We share information with courier companies who help us deliver your package to you; currently we only use Leopards Courier Services.
We use MailChimp for email marketing. Your email may be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Pre-submit data capture
We use AutomateWoo to capture email and remind you when you abandon your cart without placing any order. You can choose to unsubscribe to reminder emails in your mail app.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.
Our website may link to external sites that we do not operate. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
